Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase either In store or online.
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in resalable condition in their original packaging.
Please note:
• USED darts cannot be returned due to change of mind
• Darts that have been thrown, assembled, or show any signs of use are non-returnable
• Opened or used flights, shafts, stems, and other consumables cannot be returned
• Gift vouchers and special orders are non-refundable
This does not affect your statutory rights for faulty items.

Please contact us via our Contact form with the following details:
1. Full name address and email
2.Your Order No
3. Reason for return
4. Whether you would like a refund or replacement
5. If the item is damaged or faulty please attach a photo of the issue.
We will then contact you to advise you of the next step.
Customers will be responsible fo the cost of the return postage cost and we strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
If you wish to exchange an item further postage fees will be added to send the replacement item.
